I have created the appropriate Excel file, with decimal co-ordinates, lat/lon co-ordinates as well as grid squares, this should do the job for you,, you can give me a plug in the credits if ya want hahahaha

I can't find a list which includes lat/lon for each country; all I can find are lists of country code and name. I am not going to make this list ...
