Well good news is I got it all working. Shocking thing, it was bad RAM, not an SSD issue. Anyhow my situation is fixed but was a serious bit flipping condition. :lol: It was in the upper DIMMS which sucks and I wouldn't have noticed unless saturating my memory since I'm running with 32GB. Dam ...

Nope, none of it. Your assumption is correct. What is weird about the installation is it goes through as normal, but there is nothing for it in the user/appdata/local or programdata folders, just program files. I'm boggled (slams head on desk), but I can launch the server portion. I guess ...

Yup, I installed the 64bit variant. Over several methods with Windows 11, with 2 fresh installation's returning the same error. Heck, I even jumped into the Insider beta channel build to see if anything would change, and nope. I'm not sure what to make of it, other than perhaps faulty ...
