It looks as if the sampling method used in SDR console is such that the sampling is done on a time basis hence the missing samples. We know where to insert the missing samples. I have been using the "Signal History" feature in SDR Console V3.4 and find it very easy to use. There appears to be a problem with the exported csv files. For example here are a few lines from an exported file:
