Simon,
I am currently using SDR Connect Build 4035 with a Pluto+ SDR (link provided by a forum member). My primary application is testing microwave transmitters and receivers for amateur radio.
I am very interested in testing new builds of this excellent application and would like to join your beta testing team. If you would be willing to add me to the team, please send me the details via email (ewilson@ibcgraphics.com). I do not know if a Linux version is on your drawing board, but I do run Linux Mint here in addition to Windows 11 and could test the application in that environment.
Thanks,
Ed Wilson, K0KC

Re: Testing Team
I have a round-tuit on my list for getting SDRC to work on Linux under Wine. It appears that this MIGHT be possible with a lot of horsing around. If it works I'll be quite gratified (and surprised.) I am not fond of Windows these days. MS says they are going to reverse much of their encrapification of recent update cycles. Pending that failing I figure I should move over to Linux, except the major distros are working diligently to further encrapify their distros. (e. g. Replace venerable well debugged critical kernel support programs with newly minted from scratch RUST copies? The Ubuntu people are out of their flipping minds.) Unfortunately I have a "history" of screaming at Apple OSs from the original Mac to about a decade and a half ago when they refuse to do something simple because I did not twist my tongue into the correct pretzel before I started typing. I can't make them do anything I want from their GUI. Dunno what I will end up with on the Framework Desktop I have acquired. It currently runs CachyOS and is very seriously a fast machine. It's only downside as a development machine is that if I have built a memory leak it will take a LONG time to bring the system down.
So for now testing in Windows 11 x64 mode is about it. New stuff is rolling in slowly these days. But, perhaps Simon will decide to toss you in with the wolves on the TestTeam.

Re: Testing Team
SDRC works very well with recent versions of CrossOver Linux, there are minor graphics colour anomalies on a few control buttons which does not prevent operation.
WINE does not "do" USB of course so hardware devices have to be served over the network, typically using spyserver for Airspy hardware. SDRC performs normally using remote servers

Re: Testing Team
The USB aspect is what I want to work on. The graphics may depend on, for my machine, running the VULKAN graphics package alone with WINE. Information I have suggests this improves the high speed graphics nicely.
