it seems that everything works now. the problem was the incompatibility of VSPE with SDRC. I downloaded VSP manager and the sync works on both sides

only the last request, as you set:

I have never changed them from the default values as far as I recall:

I don't use VB Audio (but many do).

If you do need a virtual audio cable..........

Reason I use VAC and not VB-Audio is that on my old PC, for some reason I could not get VB-Audio to work at all with SDRC, but VAC always worked perfectly. Now I have a new motherboard. VB-Audio seems to work fine with SDRC now, but other than to test it out, I have stayed with VAC and it always seems perfectly fine. As I've paid for it I just stay with VAC!
