Hi Simon.
The amount of delay seem to be related to the amount of RAM used (or rather the amount of RAM available).
If the used amount of RAM is ~50% the delay is ~20 sec if RAM used is ~85% it goes up to 10 min.
It seems to be SDRC that eats RAM, so I reduced all buffers to a minimum. No signs of that the amount of RAM used increases with time while running SDRC.
Going from 8 or 10 active receivers to 6 active receivers did not do much change. CPU ~15% and GPU ~8% with both. Still plenty of headroom wrt GPU resources it seems. Would of cause like to trade more GPU load against less CPU load

Again - you are really at the very maximum performance for your computer. If I get Direct2D multithreading working it will reduce the load on the main thread.
Long term you may have to consider a new computer.
