How many did you assign? (BIOS setting). 64Mb should be ok but see what happens when you add more.

Actually, I believe this was a bug in SDRC which was fixed in Version 3.3 Build 3048. Unfortunately, I can't definitively test this, because my old 1920x1200 monitor died, and the one I'm using now is 1920x1080, so I can't reproduce the screen layout which provoked the problem.
