Adding and REMOVING receivers

HELP- It's easy to add receivers. How do I REMOVE THEM and get back to the single receiver I want?

See areas ringed in RED in the attached screenshot (sorry, no radio running, but it shows the necessary).
Method 1
(1) Select RECEIVE tab at top of screen to see all the options that relate to receivers.
(2) See the receivers listed, top right of screen
(3) Select little arrow under the RX that you want to close and select "Close".
Method 2
(1) Open "Receiver Pane", again selectable by button after selecting in the "Receive" tab at top of screen.
(2) Hover mouse cursor in the RX that you want to close to reveal the maroon buttons top right, then press "x" to close. The RX closes, but the window stays open (but blank).
