Can I open a second instance of SDR Console and use that to open a second HACKRF?
I can see both Hacks in the Device Manager but how do I select them individually?

If the HACKRFs have no serial number fetch in their software API the only way is "luck of the draw". If you do not like what you get the first time leave that running and open a new SDRC. Select the remaining one there. With luck that should work.

Looking at the code, you can't select which hackRF you open.

The API has been updated, I have to add the support you need.
