It's all about the Software

I know I did this before but for the life of me, I cannot remember how I did it. I am trying to HIDE the above controls which "appear" whenever one moves the mouse across the Panadapter window.

There was a setting somewhere which allowed me to either show these controls or hide them but I cannot recall where it is or how to do it.
