Does SDR Console include CW Skimmer and is it trial version I can download from Afreet but its a 30 day trial with cost of £69.00 for continued use
No, not included. The "CW Skimmer" options within SDRC are simply to interface with CW Skimmer:

AFAIK there is no way around purchasing CW Skimmer at the full price.
