It's all about the Software

Hello All

I, like most users of SDR Console, love the software and its lovable cantankerous Creator, Simon.

Yes we do.

That said, these gawd-awful Google Ads are ruining the site (IMO) and making it nearly impossible to find what is of interest amongst the endless ads.

What would it take to get rid of this nuisance ?

Money, I know, but how much ? And how to collect it ?

Could there be an option to pay to shut them off (?), similar as many websites that offer an "Ad-free Subscription".

This would feed two birds with the same birdseed :

(A) It feels good to support the SDR Console software, and, (B) it feels good to not see Google everywhere.

Btw, 'Alphabet' revenue based on last quarter annualized was $257 Billion !!

That's about 1.3 % of USA GDP !!! Holy Moly

Have you tried an ad blocker in your browser?

I think his point was not to deprive Simon of the ads revenue.......
