The rig type FT897/857/817 do not allow Doppler correction via CAT during Tx period and working FT4 modes on the linear Sats is very difficult (only at elevations less than 10 degrees when Doppler shift is very small)
Is it possible to find a software solution, please?

Corneliu,
doppler correction during TX is working from SDR-Console, for exemple with IC-705 and IC-9700. You need to get a new transceiver.
