Digital Decoder V3.1 Bug??

When receiving on QO100 and synchronising the frequency to the beacon, the frequency of the Digital Decoder window is not compensated. Consequently the Digital Decoder can be way off frequency to the received frequency.
Has anyone else noticed this?
Is this a bug or expected behaviour for QO100 operation?
