Analog clocks don't follow computer clock in DST

In the screenshot, the correct PC time is shown on the main clock but the small analog clock for the central time zone is not adjusted.

I am in the Central time zone, currently observing daylight savings time. Windows 10 is set to show Central time and to adjust for DST.
