Are you asking if it's possible to use Console with the TEF6686 type of radios?
They are not SDRs - I know with the right firmware they will work with Konrad's XDR-GTK software which is (I think) fed with either purely RDS data, or an MPX feed ( it works fine here), but they don't provide an I/Q output.
so I am 99.99% sure that the answer is no.
