Screen goes blank whilst using SDR Console V. 3.3

Hi,
I use 2 screen on my PC and when I use SDR Console V. 3.3 the screens go blank either both or one and after a few seconds they come back on again.
When I am not using SDR console this does not happen. Has anybody had this issue too? The typed letters still show up on the screen even though it is blank.

Well... might need more info as what Hardware and OS you are running

Open SDRC, in the ribbon bar on top click on "Tools", in the settings cluster of icons is "DirectX Diagnostics", click on that.
Save the info and attach to your next post.
You have to be in Full Editor Mode to be able to attach I believe.

Hi Kriss, Sri to trouble you, but the problem seems to have just disapeared. I used the QO-100 with SDR Console for 3 hours today and nothing happened.
Many thanks for your prompt answer.
If it returns I will follow your instructions.

The problem has reappeared and has not gone away. Can anyone see a problem with my setup AND suggest a solution.
Perhaps it is because I am trying to use a onboard Graphic with a Graphic Card as well???

I have no idea about the actual answer, but out of interest, have you tried completely disabling the onboard video and just using two outputs from the GTX-760 to see if that helps? From spec it supports up to 4 displays?

When I first started using SDRC I only had onboard graphics (Intel HD3000) and certainly had some issues (although not black screen as far as I recall). Then upgraded to GTX-1650 Super and all the problems went away. In fact the 1650 Super coped easily with all SDRC tasks, including video recording. Like ours, my PC was 4th Gen Intel, but i7 not i5.

PC is getting a little dated, well over ten years old? Have you considered updating?
