It's all about the Software

Amongst other thing, I use the software as panadapter, synched with my HF rig. The system works like a charm, but I find it annoying that any time I change band on the RTX, the amount of spectrum I see on the panadapter changes, and I have to re-set it to what I want.

Would it be possible to have the option to set a cetrain zoom level and have it stay like that until I want to change it, regardless of band changes?

Hi Pete

In top ribbon bar, on the "View" tab, in the section "Low, High, Zoom", untick the option "Auto-centre".

As far as I can see from another very long thread on here, I suggested this to someone else and I think it solved their issue with exactly the problem you are having.
