It's all about the Software

High winds severed the fiber optic cable up on the pole next to the building somehow. No evidence of tree limbs, so maybe whipping in the wind led to it's demise?
The ISP is supposed to arrive on the 11th, but not holding my breath due to previous experiences with them.

Does the ISP own the fiber or is it renting from a fiber provider? Either way - good luck.

Surprisingly they actually came out and spliced the fiber as scheduled!
