Squelch does not work on AM

Squelch does not work on AM, I listen to the AIR band and AM/ SSB sql level does not work. Any Ideas or is there a fix for this.
Are you running the latest version of SDRC? V3.4 Beta is out on: https://www.sdr-radio.com/download
There are two squelches, make sure you have AM turned ON and properly adjusted.
Works just fine on v3.3 on this machine.
