One SDR and twice SDR Console

A question...
I have an RSP SDRduo here.
I have now configured the console for the QO-100.
Now I want to work again with the SDRduo on shortwave with the appropriate parameters.
How can I do this without changing the settings for the QO-100?
With the file "SelectIdentity.bat" I can graphically open a new instance, but if I then change various parameters, these also change in the QO-100 configuration ...
For example: RF-Gain, IF-Gain, Visual-Gain, and so on
I hope you understand my problem and can help me ...
