Tuning Radio Via eibi: Possible Now ?

Hello,
Blame this question, and the others I will undoubtedly have
on "old-age". A really great excuse for most anything.
Back to using, and learning again, the program after a long time away from
due to medical issues.
Incredible program.
Am I right that it is (now) possible to load a db like eibi, and by clicking on a freq in it,
have the program and radio go right to it ?
If so, would be most appreciative for the (exact please) steps to set it up.
Have tried, really, but am stumped.
Much thanks,
Bob
