RIG for Pluto and similar

Dear Simon,
to build a full radio with pluto (may be on a raspberry...) the only feature we need is the ability to move RIT via MIDI command.
It is necessary, for example, on the QO-100 where the correspondent is not always isofrequency and SDR Console with Pluto is really widespread.
See if you can fit it into a release, please...
