I am not sure which driver to use for the SDR-Console to make efficient use of the Cuda Cores. NVIDIA App replaceed GeForce Experience and it is offering a choice between the Studio Driver or the Game Ready Driver. I don't understand the difference between them.

It is an Alienware m16 R2 laptop with dual GPU's. Intel Arc and NVIDIA RTX 4070 Laptop GPU with 4,098 Cuda cores and 8GB VRAM (desktop variant has 16GB VRAM)

Intel Arc is for less demanding tasks. It automatically switches to the NVIDIA chipset when a game is loaded.

Which driver is better for SDR-Console?

My experience suggests it doesn't matter. Since you are into gaming use the gaming driver. That might save the annoyance of a reboot. SDRConsole basically sips at the capabilities of most RTX cards going at least back to RTX 1080 TI.
