missing extension

it look like im missing some extension
but i cant read exactly what im missing from the app store

You need a graphics codec that comes with Win 11 and is a $5 store thing for Win 10. It is "H265/HEVC MS App Store".

thank you. I managed to find the extension. I am still having trouble decoding.
Im running on a hp280sff pc 4 gig ram 64gig ssd, CPU i5 6500 3.2ghz and at moment inbuilt gpu
im getting a SFF nvidia GPU to fit the machine.
is this the cuse of no decode or am i missing some codec. I have tried all version of sdr television and still same result
