Satellite auxilary windows don't restore on restart

I have SDR Console's satellite interface set to show the "Tracker" and "Automatic Schedule" windows undocked. Whenever I start SDR console, the satellite interface automatically loads and the "Show" toolbar has the two window buttons in the depressed state, but the windows don't exist. I need to press the buttons off and on again for the windows to display.
I have verified that this behaviour is the same with a new profile. I raised this with a friend who also uses SDR Console for satellite work and he reported the same behaviour.
SDR Console Version: 3.4 b4138
OS: Windows 11 Pro 25H2
I have attached a screenshot showing the buttons in the depressed state as when SDR Console starts.
Any thoughts on how to get the undocked windows to display correctly on restart would be appreciated.
