Notch without high pass filter

Hello everyone
When I activate the notch ,there is also a HPF (high pass filter ) kicking in. As I only want to remove a whistle and not lose the low frequenties is there a possiblility to change it somewhere in the software ?
I can not find it.
And if it is not in the software, I would like to request it to be build in a choice LPF on or off when using the notch.
