It's all about the Software

I installed SDR Console V3 on two Win 10 PCs. On one it works as expected, on the other, waterfall and transmit frequency differs by 25 kHz from the reveiving frewquency.
The problem appears with different SDR's (HL2 and AirSpy HF+).
Any hint how to fix?

And make sure all your settings are precisely the same.
Make sure there is no slight voltage difference in HL2 power supplies. That could cause small frequency errors.
Make frequency error tests at low and high frequencies and see if they are the same or different.
