It's all about the Software

Hello all

My Win 10 PC will freeze for about 3 seconds about every 30 secs when running the console. I don't lose audio.

If I run the console on another PC with Win 7, it is fine.

The PC with Win 10 has plenty of grunt and a good Video card:

• Core i7 with 16 GB memory. Win 10 home 64 bit.
  NVIDA Geo force 1650 video card.

Console build is the latest version.

The log file says this whenever I get the freeze:

OK,

There's another program running which is changing system-wide settings, I get a notification which you see in the logfile. My only suggestion is to ensure that the latest Geforce Experience drivers are installed.

I'm afraid this is really something you've installed - or possibly an unwanted app from the PC vendor.
