No output with TX on.

My notebook (ASUS X64) runs with Win10 and the latest update, as does my Lenovo PC.
My Pluto is connected to the PC and the notebook via LAN.
Everything works fine with the PC, but with the notebook I can only receive QO-100 signals.
With TXon + Tone or Tune, no Tx signal is generated, which can also be seen in the spectrum window.
I have already reinstalled all audio drivers and the sdr console, I also compared all settings with the settings from my PC, but without success.
Any hint is welcome.
