It's all about the Software

I have the Tmate controller.
It will only work enabled in one running instance of SDR console.
If enabled in second instance the display just flashes on the Tmate and is unusable in either instance.

Sounds like windows update changed to driver for the RTL's

Do the installation like you are installing them new.
Run Zadig from the web site above.

Try using W-FM mode then set Filter to 12.5 or 30. If the talk group is encrypted you will not get any voice decode

Tried on laptop does the exact same thing as desktop.
Anytime centering is used RSPdx drops out of HDR mode.

When using the RSPsx in HDR mode if i try to center the frequency in goes back to normal mode.
Have to but it back in HDR mode every time after using the center button on the drop down beside zoom.
Only ME?

Look at the IP addresses the one on the top is on 192.168.2.1 Network with a IP address on that network of 192.168.2.10 the one on the bottom is on a different Network THE IP address on the bottom would be in a192.168.0.1 network. see if you can get the USB_Ethernet configured on the 192.168.2.1 net...

Remove the old Definitions for all SDR play devices. Exit out of SDR Console Unplug the RSPdx USB cable and then plug it back up. Start SDR Console and add the definition for RSPdx Had same issue had a RSPduo installed and tried to add a RSPdx. Got the same error screen as you. this fixed it for me....
