Scrolling the Playback Navigator Waterfall

Just installed the latest build 2685 and when I drag down the right bar I can only go about 3/4 of the way down before the time springs back to the start when I let go of the mouse button. I can use the mouse wheel over the waterfall to reach the bottom but when it's a 6 hour long file it's a bit lo...

PI count in RDS window

I make use of the receive matrix during Sporadic E on BII with 12 virtual receivers each displaying RDS when I'm away from the PC at work. I'm used to seeing random PI's appear but if the PI count could be added to each RX RDS window it would indicate a much higher probability of a real decode and n...

RDS decoding from 16 bit recordings.

Should I expect to see a slight loss in sensitivity and RDS decoding when recording WAV RF64 files at 16 bit from my Elad S3 at 24MHz width? A couple of times now I've had complete PS decodes on live reception (and the matrix works very well for this) but on playback I've been unable to reproduce th...

Resizing windows

Clicking on the top of any Console window brings up the two way arrow but instead of resizing it moves the window, the same procedure on the left, right and bottom edges behave as expected resizing the window. Not a show stopper but I seem to always want to resize vertically.

Re: Data::Playback - Navigator Waterfall

I've been playing with this feature for a couple of days getting ready for the Es season so here's my two pennies' worth. What a great addition to the programme, it makes Console so much more usable mid Es opening. I've noticed on my set up that the waterfall display values during live reception and...

Re: V (overload) LED operation

Well I've not seen that one before! All I can suggest is if you get no luck anywhere else you tweet Justin as I think he's the source of many of these. https://twitter.com/fei666888

Re: V (overload) LED operation

I saw your post on io but didn't respond as I coudn't offer any advice. Which model do you have, googling Dragonfly RX103 throws up a tweet from 2020 but you say it's a variant? Which model is it and this LED, is it marked as V? A photo of the SDR would help a lot.

Re: API description

Unless I'm missing something the RX888 MKII won't cover almost all the DAB band without a transverter, above 70MHz it uses an R828D tuner limiting bandwidth to 10MHz.

Re: Possible bug? very long recordings

Jim, overloading and broadcast FM are completely unrelated to this but I had a similar experience in the summer when watching and listening live looked and sounded OK but playback of the recording was a wall of noise with just the strongest signals breaking through the overload. I never did get the ...
