Check in the Server Manager app, by default the number of connections for WAN is set to 1. You can increase it to a max of 10.

This is my version. Swap decks to change tune i.e. deck 1 fine, 2 Norm, 3 x10, 4 x100
Have a look at the definitions in Tools/MIDI for the other settings.
