A quick note on this. It's solved.
I had been running the old V2 definitions not knowing I should have deleted these and re-added the radios as V3 definitions. Once I did that everything worked perfectly.
Thanks to Mike Bott for pointing me in the right direction.

2365 Beta won't start the RSPduo. This worked fine in version 2346
I just loaded the 2365 beta and the RSPduo won't start. It looks like it does, but nothing happens after clicking on the SDR to select it on the radio selection screen.
