MIDI range for volume does not scale to 100%

Helllo, recently tried out the MIDI functionality which is really nice. Thanks for that. I have found that if I make a slider for volume control that has a range of 0 to 127, the software detects it properly and sets the values in the midi config but the volume is mapped to the raw value, as such th...

Re: Additional MIDI Commands

Agreed on the need for a few more MIDI controls exposed, such as range for squelch slider and a single for squelch toggle, RIT like you mentioned, and singles for switching between Normal/DX/Other mic profiles would be a good start!

Re: Nvidia driver update causes console to hang/crash when CUDA support enabled

Hi Simon, Yes this was was with the latest 3.3 beta. I'm using 384khz bandwidth with an HL2. It was working fine (as in it was actually working in CUDA mode) just prior to updating the drivers from and rebooting. Once I rebooted it hung when connecting the radio and I quickly tracked it back to havi...

Nvidia driver update causes console to hang/crash when CUDA support enabled

Hello! I was having an issue with the cuda fft support where it seemed like the cuda driver would fail and the cpu driver would take over. This was noticeable because the waterfall noise floor would move faster in cpu mode, and the noise floor increased about 2dB. Stop/Start of the radio would alway...

Re: Power output when operating CW from the front key jack?

Thanks for the detailed reply Max, this makes sense. I'll probably re-adjust the input gain on the transverter to compensate as you have.

Power output when operating CW from the front key jack?

Hello! I'm working on my CW and I have a hardware keyer (winkeyer) for computer control and paddle control. I have noticed that when using it on the PTT/KEY jack on the front of the Hermes Lite that it always runs full power output. I was able to lower the power very insignificantly with the "O...

Re: Console doesn't fully redraw when it has been in the background for some amount of time

Hi Simon, Thanks for fixing the refresh issue! I do see one lingering spot where it still doesn't refresh: the frequency ribbon between the spectrum scope and panadapter. Everything else seems to refresh perfectly now. Here is a new screenshot: https://i.ibb.co/DpFvTd8/Screenshot-2023-11-10-091138.p...

Re: Console doesn't fully redraw when it has been in the background for some amount of time

I'm running a fairly modern computer with an nvidia card and recent drivers. I think it mostly happens after the system turns off the screen and locks and has to be unlocked. I haven't seen this happen with any other software that i typically leave open such as web browsers, jtdx, etc, so I'm not su...
