I am going to have to restore windows 7 until I can see a way around this. I need it working for Q100 use.

The console is showing the spectrum with the odd spike but does not receive any signals on any frequency using sdr play or rtl sdr dongle. there is audio noise and the squelch works in fact everything is ok but not receiving anything.
