hello new here im having issues with the rtl-sdr v4 i just got home a fewdays ago all programs i try sdr#, sdr++ and sdr console shift the local fm stations for an example 106.3 is located at 56.3mhz sdr# had a shift frequency option wher i can manually put in the shift but it dont save it and sdrco...
