What's the CPU? I think this may be a 'low power' system which is automatically disabling CPU-intensive options. FWIW make sure you have the latest kit.

Re 6: there's no way to keep the current frequency in the centre, if you use the IF display of Receive pane then you have this feature.

As there's already server support for the SDRplay radios I'll not be adding this, sorry.
