Re: bug in COM communication

Thank you for your request to prove it with your port monitor: now everything (on your site) works as expected!. (Surprise for me!) Even without OmniRig.

bug in COM communication

Hi I tried to connect Ham Radio Deluxe (HRD) with SDR Console (SDR) with no success. Then I monitored the traffic on the COM ports and saw: com6Monitor1.xlsx After a request of HRD on the COM port SDR sends its answers from a one-byte buffer. This does HRD not accept. To prove this behavior I wrote ...

Re: WebSDR as RX and SDR Console as TX?

Hello Constanin
good idea. I didn't found/expect the CAT ability of SDR Console. With a virtual com driver it should work....
Thanks Andreas

WebSDR as RX and SDR Console as TX?

When receiving QO-100, problems with frequency stability quickly arise. Therefore it would be ideal if one could integrate a WebSDR like https://eshail.batc.org.uk/nb/ receiver into the SDR Console. My attempt to use a Python program to read the SDR Console TX frequency and transfer it into the WebS...

Re: Geostationary Beacon is limited

If it is a lot of work to expand the software to catch the dirty oscillators I agree with jdow. But if it is only justifying some parameters I still hope....

Re: Geostationary Beacon is limited

Yes, Sigi - I agree, it is not a a problem of the pluto. But it would be helpful, if the correction range is increased. (The whole beacon-part is not pluto but lnb related)

Re: Geostationary Beacon is limited

Thanks! Yes it works! (But would be good if no workaround is necessary)

Geostationary Beacon is limited

The option Geostationary Beacon seems to be limited: Differences (Delta) Beacon frequency - displayed frequency < -100KHz are not selectable. This is a pity because the shift on my pluto is about 110KHz.
Is there a workaround?
tnx Andreas
