What is the procedure for adding provisional TLEs for a new satellite not yet referenced on Celestrak?
I'm using SDR Console v3.4.

SYMPTOMS
1. When SDR Console window remains minimized, the memory usage continuously increases. It can reach insane levels of memory usage until the application can stop responding or crashes.

I have a good signal on my FM station, but I am experiencing hissing noise in the background.

Is there anyway I can remove the noise. I have tried the noise filters, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
