Re: Sdr Console Server not running using SDR Blog V4
Off hand I do ***NOT*** trust AliExpress. It's an anti-Chinese thing. I do not like REAL imperialists. But, I also note that China operates on the principle, "If you can cheat, then cheat." That site might be real rtlsdr.com related or not. I trust EBay and Amazon more. There is no "r...

Re: Another Kind of Signal History?
A pair of SDRC receivers. You can receive several frequencies at the same time each in its own receiver. They share the front end but split at the "IF" and allow many receivers each with its own small spectrum and waterfall around it's center frequency. In the US I have run across AM broad...

Re: Another Kind of Signal History?
You can implement a test for this using a pair of receivers. I fear that with the average signal quality of hams that you'll have problems with their splatter upsetting your measurements. On the other paw I suspect this morphs into how Simon guestimates SNR.

Re: External Radio IC-756P2 + RSP1A freeze and syncro issues
Ah yes - SDRC tuning is fixed. I think you said this works sometimes so having a sign inverted on a number entered into SDRC's setup won't be a problem. (And I am thinking out loud here.) Last I knew SDRC will not speak with a ProII directly or through a serial port adapter. So you must have somethi...

FWIW, srtb.msn.com seems to be a front door for Microsoft's Azure services.

That PSU sounds like it needs a careful strip down and rebuild or else a full disposal.

Re: Current capabilities of SDRC with ANAN radio's
There is a chance that computer "horsepower" may be a limiting factor depending on how the other DSP apps involved are written. SDRC is pretty good by itself with up to and including 24 receivers. Keeping everything straight might become daunting, though.

Re: Build 3.3. 3195 locks up
Picture(s) of SDRC when working and, if it can be done, when stopped that show settings would help. That collection of parts all presumably interconnected seems to suggest to me there are likely loops in the control paths that invite problems. A simple sketch (labeled rectangles will do) of how you ...

I hope so, too. I prodded Simon on this. I was thinking of the ribbon menu settings, The one visible to the right, next to the one you showed dropped down, is a gain setting. It seems he may have renamed something. Making those all the same MIGHT have an effect. Also check that the if filters are se...
