Re: Squelch scale
Here is a screenshot with squelch set at 82% - the setting is low enough for the squelch to turn off: https://i.imgur.com/FIC3MIg.jpg And here is one with the squelch setting increased to 87% so it works properly: https://i.imgur.com/KkAmQD4.jpg With AGC on (I need it on sometimes because signal lev...

Squelch scale
The "100%" setting of the squelch scale is quite low compared to where the noise floor can be. On my RSP1A, with a gain setting of 5, IF gain at -35 and AGC off, on VHF and UHF the noise floor is around -80 dBm, which seems to correspond to around 90% of the squelch level. Sometimes it can...

Re: Easy access to tuning steps.
Other programs have these features and there doesn't seem to be a problem. Maybe the band plan part (which is another feature that I'd like to have) could be some kind of a module that someone could replace with their own if they needed something more advanced? Well please use the other programs wh...

Re: Easy access to tuning steps.
Why not? That doesn't seem like something hard to code. And if you don't want to use it, you could just not enable it.m3ghe wrote: ↑Sat Sep 19, 2020 5:42 pmNot sure I would want that.Simon G4ELI wrote: ↑Sat Sep 19, 2020 5:37 pmNot a chance!goscickiw wrote: ↑Sat Sep 19, 2020 5:21 pm Also, it would be nice to have the tuning step automatically switch depending on the selected receiver's frequency.

"Edit Current" and "Delete Current" options for Markers
Two additional buttons in the markers menu, one that will open the edit window for the marker at currently selected receiver's frequency, and one that will delete it, if there's one there. In case there are multiple markers on a single frequency, it could open a window where one of them can be selec...

Re: Voting or Like/Dislike
Hmm, why is that less important than votes in favour? Count the ayes and the nays. Because I don't think there is such a thing as a bad feature. I think all of the suggested features should be implemented at some point, some earlier and some later, but none should be excluded (there are some that p...

Re: Voting or Like/Dislike
Simon has already answered this question before , and it seems like something like that is not going to be implemented. Even if it was, voting against something may be a bad idea as interesting features may be downvoted by many people and never implemented. Voting FOR something however would be a g...

Re: Receiver Un-squelch Indicator
I'd prefer to have it like this (receiver 6) - on my PCs the receiver pane slows down SDR Console too much.
