I used SDRConsole to snip a 10 second portion of an I-Q file recorded by SpectraVue.

However, the snipped file does not playback in SpectraVue - an error window pops up Input file not valid . The new snipped file does playback in SDRConsole.

It uses OmniRig to connect to your analog rig or SDRC (by TS2000 protocol), see attached picture.

At the present time SDR Console cannot read the frequency information in an I/Q file recorded on a Kiwi SDR. It defaults to a 10 MHz C/F
Also, the Datafile Editor in SDRConsole is unable to handle these files
