For xtal softrock radio receiver setup, add I/Q amplitude and phase calibration (manual) and the option to add sampling delay to of 1 or more samples to each of the inputs, all of this just as is implemented in HDSDR.

Compared to HDSDR, it has calibration of IQ amplitude and phase and in addition there is an option to delay I or Q by 1 or more samples.
Without this it is not possible to reject images and work properly with various external audio dongles.

When using the Receiver Noise Reduction NR3 my Transmit Audio is distorted. When I change to NR1 all is OK. I didn't think there should be a correlation between the receiver settings and the Transmitter functions.
