S3 Downconverter (DCM)

I know this is our Elad SW2 software, so excuse me, Simon is on the list to get one within a few weeks so that Console can support the DCM as we are calling it. But here it is on test in the USA, got some great signals from 30miles away using a stubby 800mhz antenna as a test. The Factory is on vacation this week, so production should start the following week, and Simon needs the relevant DLL files and a DCM to add it to his S3.... Stay tuned...
