You would be better served by posting a screenshot here.

Mike, I can appreciate that. But I took screen captures with the snipping tool and posted it in the document. If you can show me an easy way to post the screenshots to the forum I will do that.

Here are all my settings. I have checked an when I click the Tune button in the TX Pane, the radio relay goes into TX, but no RF comes out...

Forum Software limits to 5 pictures and will add the next 4 in the next post.

Remaining Screen captures of my settings:

Perhaps I need more clarity on how the entire windows sound settings need to be set up???

Thanks for all your help.

Hi,

Start the Radio. Take a screenshot of the whole console, I'll annotate what needs doing. No other windows opened please.

OK,

Transmit Pane (RHS)
  • Increase the Gain, 90% is good
  • Spectrum (slightly obscured) will show your TX waveform. Click the * and O buttons for different formats.
  • You have 10dB boost, it maybe necessary to add a bit more, just depends on the microphone.
  • Select the microphone - you're using the Default atm.
  • When you click Tune remember you must increase the Drive.
  • Make sure you've set the master gains.
Let's see how far this goes...
