It's all about the Software

I am new to the forum, so forgive me if this question has been asked before. I checked the older postings and could not find any information.
I am using SDR-Console v3 with a Hermes Lite 2 plus. I have been pleased with it so far, but I have two issues that I cannot solve myself.

1. I am unable to get a CW side tone when I have the earphones connected to my PC. Is there a setting I am missing? The receiver audio is present and seems to function well.

2. I was unable to plug headphones into the Hermes Lite 2 plus and get audio out of any sort. I know I must be missing something, but I cannot seem to find it.

Overall, I am pleased with the software performance and the interface.

I have regular HL2. Had no issues at all with the sidetone which works very well.

Did you set the options in the "TX options" menu? (see attached picture).

Otherwise I wonder if something specific to the HL2+?

The headphone audio jack on the HL2+ I cannot help with. Did you try the HL2+ group for support on that one? As I say, have stock unit here and after a few small issues very early on it is pretty much all sorted. Simon may offer help, but then again he may only offer support for the unmodified unit?
