My usual go-to, the 64-bit Google Drive share, wasn't working so I downloaded the latest release from the OneDrive share and then for the hell of it I also downloaded the DropBox one.

The digest hashes for the two files don't match. Is this deliberate? The filename (for both) was "SDR-Radio V3.0.27, 64-bit, 2021-03-26_0710.exe".

The code-signing may have taken place at different times. You will not be able to install unless the kit's internal checksums are correct. As the kits have code-signing certificates then they are genuine.
