SDR not starting

I'm haveing this issue again where the ap itself is starting but when I press start it doesn't I had this issue before and got someone else to help fix it but I think its something to do with the driver that the guy who fixed it deleted the driver and reinstalled can anyone help me with this if it is the driver or not please and thank you.

1) What is the make and model of the SDR?
2) Did you build a definition for said SDR after the drivers were deleted and reinstalled?
