Console v3 won't start

I see I won't be getting much help. That's a shame, as it was my favorite sdr software but I'm not going to reformat a computer to use it.

What happens when you try to start? Any windows displayed, any indication of activity? If there's an issue with the computer then there should be an entry in the Event Log.
